Shipping & Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via e-mail, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once processed, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refund time based on your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please allow 2 business days to process your order, pending credit card authorization. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Tracking e-mail will be provided upon order shipment. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable and one single shipping address per order.
